Super Charlie!

Charlie likes to try and fly on his belly. We don't remember Luke doing this, but maybe all babies do?  It's amazing how many things you don't remember - even if they just happened!

Kite Festival

We made it to the kite festival this year. The weather was perfect, we had no traffic and we got to park right at Zilker Park. 

Our fierce owl kite! Despite its large appearance here, it is quite small.

Luke got the hang of flying the kite pretty quickly. 

I think Luke enjoyed the music more than the kite flying. 

Catch up

Here are some highlights of the past couple of months.

Over the holidays we went to visit my mom. We got some beignets while we were there, but even Ana Maria couldn't entice Luke to try them.

While we were there we had Charlie's baptism.

 By the time the baptism was over the kids were done.

On the way back home Luke kept talking about a guitar so Brad got his out and they strummed a few tunes.

 Charlie is a pro on his tummy now!

He started eating food a couple of weeks ago.  He is not a fan of cereal but he loves all the orange vegetables!

Last night we finally moved Charlie into his own room. He slept really well. I think I had a harder time adjusting than he did.
