We took our first trip of the year to the pool recently.

Charlie loved being in the water and just floated around the pool with us. He was the only one who wasn't shocked by the cold when he first got in.
Here's the Mother's Day card Luke made for me. If you can't read it, it says "Thank you for taking me to restaurants". That about sums up the past year.
Charlie gave me a basil plant. According to Luke, "you can eat it, but it's not good." He knows because he tried a leaf on the way home. Maybe the basil plant will encourage me to cook more.
Although Charlie doesn't look very happy in this particular shot, he was doing quite well with Luke holding him.
Last bath in the baby tub!
Luke has been waiting for Charlie to be big enough for the bath tub. He was pretty excited to get his new bath buddy.
We forgot how slippery those little ones are in the big tub. Bath time is definitely going to be a 2 person job for a while!
We've been enjoying alot of time outside since the weather has been so nice.
Last week we went to a birthday party for one of Luke's friends. It's a good thing he wore his Thomas shirt because they had a train for the kids to ride.
They have a little slide so Charlie got to have some fun too.
Luke is finally tall enough to comfortably reach the pedals of his big wheel so he likes to ride it to the mailbox.
Charlie had almost as much fun as me on the swing!
